Achhesir Referral System — Audit Report
First-purchase commission for referrers and L1–L3 upline, plus the institute register redirect-loop fix. Updated 29 Aug 2026.
Achhesir pays referral commission when an institute completes its first eligible paid subscription. This report (updated 29 Aug 2026) explains who can refer, who gets paid, when purchase notifications fire, and how a register redirect loop was fixed.

Critical fix: institute register redirect loop
The register API used to return a user object without user type. The app then treated the role as empty, blocked the institute dashboard, and sent the user to login. Login treated a missing institute id in the URL as already logged in and sent them back to the dashboard — a loop.
Register now includes institute as the user type. Login auto-redirects only for institute roles. Empty role on the institute dashboard is allowed so the session does not bounce.
Who earns, and when
When an institute buys its first eligible paid subscription, the person who referred that institute (partner, institute, or cinstitute) receives the plan commission. The referrer’s parent upline at levels 1, 2, and 3 receives the matching reward for that plan and billing cycle.
The parent portal’s onboarded-institutes list includes direct referrals and institutes onboarded by downline children (shown as via child).
Purchase notification and commission
On the first successful paid subscription both must happen: an institute notification of type Subscription Purchase, and partner commission for the referrer plus upline rewards.
This runs after a successful PayU callback, after payment verify, after an admin activates a stuck payment, and on a one-minute backup retry from queued payment events.
Notification is skipped if the same transaction was already notified. Commission rejects duplicate paid rows and any purchase that is not the first paid plan.
Commission eligibility
The institute user must have a referrer. It must be the first completed paid plan for that institute. Trial, starter, and monthly billing are not eligible.
Eligible plans on half-year or annual billing: Premium, Premium+, Business, and Business+. Upline rewards are paid only when the main commission is paid.

Limits and earnings
Partner referral chains are capped (default up to 10 partners). Upline payout depth follows the plan reward list, capped by a configured maximum depth. A legacy flat partner-to-partner amount is not used for live upline payouts.
Total earnings = sum of affiliate commissions + sum of positive partner upline rewards. Partners can view commission, referrals, earnings, and withdraw from the affiliate area.
Solution
On first successful paid subscription, Achhesir sends an institute purchase notification and records commission once. Duplicate payments and non-first purchases are rejected. Total earnings equal affiliate commission plus positive upline rewards.
